Title: Roasted Potatoes #1

| 5 | lg | Potatoes -- peeled and |
| Sliced | ||
| 1 | c | Chicken stock |
| 1 | ts | Garlic powder |
| Black pepper -- to taste | ||
| 4 | tb | Butter or margarine |
Place potatoes in a greased 13x9" baking dish. Combine chicken stock, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 400 F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove cover during last 15 minutes to brown.=20 MC formatting by bobbi744@sojourn.com
